World Rhythm Fest Concert Ticket Purchase Agreement
By purchasing a World Rhythm Fest concert ticket you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- All Sales Are Final – You confirm that you have authorized this transaction and accept full responsibility for the total payment. Tickets purchased online are subject to the same rules as in-person sales. Tickets are valid only for the specified event date. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued for any reason. WORLD RHYTHM FEST OUTREACH CORP is not responsible for late arrivals, no-shows, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
- Liability Waiver – You expressly agree to release and hold harmless World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any liability related to this transaction. This includes any claims, demands, or legal actions—whether actual or alleged—arising from any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct.
- Ticket Redemption – You must print your confirmation page and bring it, along with the credit card used for purchase, to the Will Call Booth on the event day. You agree to present a valid government-issued ID and allow event staff to verify your identity as the purchaser.
- Event Lineup & Schedule – You understand that artist lineups and event details are subject to change without notice. World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp is not responsible for modifications to the festival programming.
- By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms
