WORLD RHYTHM FEST – FAQS - GENERAL INFORMATION

World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through music education, mentorship, and performance opportunities. Our mission is to identify, develop, and support young musical talent while fostering discipline, confidence, and community engagement.

The festival takes place in [MIZNER PARK AMPHITHEATER 590 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432] on [Saturday July 25th 2026]. Stay tuned for venue details and event schedule updates.

Doors open at [2:pm], and the event will run until [10:00pm]. We recommend arriving early for the best experience.

BICYCLISTS: Bike racks are available in front of City Hall and at the Mizner Park Amphitheater. Be sure to wear reflective clothing and add reflective material to your bike for safety.

SEE TRACKS? THINK TRAIN: For those walking to and from the event, look and listen before crossing any train tracks.

CHARGE WHILE YOU ATTEND:  Electric car charging stations are available at City Hall and the Downtown Library.

Plan Ahead: Whether you are utilizing a shared ride program or driving your car to the event, leave early and plan ahead.

 

Yes! World Rhythm Fest is a family-friendly event Children 10 and under get free entry when accompanied by an adult. However, certain areas may be 21+ only, so please bring a valid ID if you plan to enter age-restricted sections.

Yes! The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, updates will be posted on our website and social media.

Tickets can be purchased online at [www.worldrhythmfest.com] or at the festival entrance (subject to availability). We recommend buying in advance, as the event may sell out.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend.

No, digital tickets are accepted! Simply show your confirmation email or QR code at the entrance for scanning.

World Rhythm Fest features a diverse lineup of local and international artists, spanning genres such as Reggae, R&b, Alternative Rock, Afrobeat, Latin, Jazz, Electronic, and more!

Yes! We have a variety of food vendors offering international cuisine, along with bars serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Yes! VIP tickets include perks such as premium seating, exclusive access to artist meet-and-greets, and dedicated food and drink areas.

Yes! Festival merchandise and artist merch will be available for purchase at designated booths.

 

Yes! We are committed to ensuring an inclusive experience, with wheelchair-accessible areas, designated seating, and ADA-compliant restrooms.

For everyone’s safety, security personnel will be onsite, and bag checks will be conducted at entry points. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and large backpacks, No flammable items or
No tents or canopies
No outside food or beverage including alcohol
No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers
No skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or personal motorized vehicles
No pointy umbrellas
No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
No unauthorized solicitation and materials
No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, or camera poles.

Yes! First aid stations will be available throughout the festival grounds. If you need immediate assistance, notify festival staff or security.
