  • Vendor Fees & Compliance
    Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of weather, attendance, scheduling changes, or event modifications.

    Exception – Weather Cancellation: In the event the festival is canceled solely due to severe weather or other Acts of God, vendors will be issued a refund less any applicable bank transfer, processing, or administrative fees. No other refunds will be provided.

    Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, insurance, and for full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Vendors are responsible for all permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance with local and state regulations.
  1. Operations & Conduct
  • Vendors must operate only within their assigned space.
  • No unauthorized amplification, solicitation, or distribution of materials outside approved areas.
  • WRFOC may remove vendors engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive activity without refund.
  1. Liability & Indemnification
  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRFOC from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from vendor operations.
  • Vendors assume full responsibility for their staff, equipment, products, and transactions.
  1. Performer / Artist Terms & Conditions
  2. Booking & Scheduling
  • Performance times, set lengths, and stage assignments are determined solely by WRFOC and may change without notice.
  • WRFOC reserves the right to modify lineups due to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or operational needs.
  1. Compensation
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, performances are considered voluntary or promotional in support of WRFOC’s charitable mission.
  • No guarantees are made regarding audience size, exposure, or future bookings.
  1. Content & Conduct
  • Performers must present family-friendly content unless otherwise approved in advance.
  • WRFOC reserves the right to stop or cancel any performance that violates event guidelines or laws.
  1. Media Rights
  • Performers grant WRFOC permission to record, photograph, livestream, and use performances for promotional, archival, and fundraising purposes without additional compensation.

  2. Sponsorship Benefits
  • Sponsorship benefits (logos, mentions, booths, signage) are provided as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
  • WRFOC reserves final approval over placement, design, and presentation of sponsor materials.
  1. Payments
  • Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
  • Failure to submit materials or payments on time may result in reduced or forfeited benefits.
  1. Brand Alignment
  • WRFOC reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorships that conflict with its mission, values, or community standards.
  1. No Endorsement
  • Sponsorship does not imply WRFOC endorsement of sponsor products or services unless explicitly stated.
  1. Vendors, Performers & Sponsors – General Provisions
  • All participants acknowledge that World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp is a nonprofit organization hosting community-based fundraising events.
  • WRFOC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
