By purchasing tickets, attending events, participating in activities, or purchasing merchandise from World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp (“WRFOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Event Admission & Tickets
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations due to weather, artist changes, scheduling changes, or force majeure events.
- World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, location, lineup, programming, or format, without prior notice.
- Admission may be denied or revoked at any time for violation of event rules, unsafe behavior, or unlawful conduct, without refund.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written authorization from WRFOC.
- Festival Rules & Conduct
- Attendees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on event premises.
- WRFOC reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
- Outside food, beverages, illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
- All attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
- Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending the festival, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with live events, including but not limited to crowd-related incidents, weather conditions, physical activity, and exposure to loud music.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance or participation.
- Photography, Video & Media Release
By attending the event, you grant World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, and promotional materials for marketing, fundraising, documentation, and commercial purposes, without compensation.
- Merchandise Sales
- All merchandise sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item is defective at the time of purchase.
- WRFOC reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time.
- Merchandise designs, logos, slogans, and artwork are the exclusive intellectual property of World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
- Online Purchases & Shipping
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- WRFOC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon shipment.
- Intellectual Property
All content associated with World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp, including logos, trademarks, event names, music programming, written materials, and digital content, is owned exclusively by WRFOC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Donations & Fundraising
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Contributions support scholarships, youth music programs, community initiatives, and operational costs aligned with WRFOC’s mission.
- WRFOC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from donations.
- Force Majeure
WRFOC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, labor disputes, or acts of God.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Modifications
World Rhythm Fest Outreach Corp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation or purchases constitute acceptance of any changes.
